Directions - Commercial Route
From Interstate 95 South
  • Take I 95 SOUTH. Get off at Exit 15 .Route 1 . New Rochelle / The Pelhams.
  • Turn RIGHT onto Route 1 SOUTH. (Also called Boston Road, this is our street).
  • Go 1 ½ miles. You will come down a big hill and enter a large commercial area.
  • There will be 5 traffic lights very close together. At the last light there will be bridge in front of you.
  • DO NOT go over the bridge. Bear RIGHT. Go along the service road.
  • Our gate is the second LEFT under the bridge.
From Interstate 95 North

From the Hutchinson River Parkway South
  • Take the Hutchinson River Parkway SOUTH. Get off at Exit 7.
  • Turn RIGHT onto Route 1 SOUTH. (Also called Boston Road, this is our street).
  • There will be 3 additional traffic lights very close together.
  • At the last light there will be a bridge in front of you.
  • DO NOT go over the bridge. Bear RIGHT. Go along the service road.
  • Our gate is the second LEFT under the bridge.
From the Hutchinson River Parkway North
  • Take the Hutchinson River Parkway NORTH. Get off at Exit 7.
  • Turn LEFT onto Route 1 SOUTH. (Also called Boston Road, this is our street).
